I like it because like to feel the freshness of the soil between the fingers, and the aroma of the soil in my nostrils.I do well with plants and they seem to flourish with my care and feeding. The knowledge of the seeds sprouting into a new generation of life and how greenery is beneficial to the environment,I enjoy it.

I love my garden in the spring when I get to plant my annual flowers. It is something that I really start looking forward to in the dreary winter. When spring comes I go out and buy petunias, pansies, and other kinds of annuals and start planting. Then I have something beautiful to look at all spring and summer.

Oh I like gardening, I like planting vegetables, unfortunately I have no big land to plant on, I was like my mother who also love gardening, but my my mom has green thumb, sometimes she just throw something on a pot and it will grow, one time wile she was here, she throw away the seeds of the mangoes in front of my house and some weeks after it grows. I envy her hands, she can grow anything and she really loves plants, there were fruit bearing tree here in my country that only groes on certain places, but to amazement of her friends, she can plant them and the trees grow.

I like gardening. I like to see my plants grow, flower and bear fruits. I like to contribute these small plants to help mitigate global warming. With my mind's eye, I view these plants as fountains spraying water and breathing fresh air into the atmosphere through photosynthesis and transpiration.

Gardening has always brought back images of my childhood growing up on the farm. It took until we were in our 50s before we had a place where we could have a garden. This year was our first attempt at a vegetable garden and it was great.
The idea of gardening in our backyard just feels right and every time I look at our garden I get a peaceful feeling well up inside, it's great.
We don't just have a vegetable garden, we also have flowers and we are learning more every year so we are already looking forward to next year so we can apply what we learned this year.

I like it because...I love nature.
It's had to articulate another reason other than that, heh.
It just feels...right, to me. It's fulfilling because it takes so much work and can provide one's life and the world around us with so much.
I really love work, and being outdoors. There's nothing better than seeing a new plant sprouting up from the soil. The smell of the fresh rain. The taste of your labor. =)

I love to garden, to plant new things and watch them grow. I wish I had more time to do so. It is a great stress reliever for me.
