In descision making I always consider one important thing before I go which is the will of God.But sometimes I was confused if I am in the right way or wrong, or if it is really the will of God. They always tell if it is for the good of many or anybody even ourselve therefor it is His will. Many things happened in my descision was I felt that I failed in what I have descided. And because of this I do not rely to myself. Now, I don"t want to failed again because there is my family who was affected to whatever descision i have made. When I got stucked to a wrong side of descision I always told to myself "it is His will for I know He never leave me in missery." I need to console myself Because its me who made such thing. And now let me know some of you friend on how you gonna react towards descision making for it may help us to balance our ways.

In your case it seems as if the decision is right it is the will of God. If the decision is wrong you have to take the blame. But wait, something doesn't sounds right here, wether the decision is right or wrong you have to take the credit. If that is true, then anyone you make must be the will of God. If I were you I would seek advise from an experience person on the subject which you have to make a decision. Someone who will talk to you and guide you on the right track.

Personally, it involves two things for me, conforming our wants to his, which involves praying and asking for him to conform our WANTS to his, (Trust me this alone will help you find a little bit more joy in your life)
To more directly answer your question, it involves discernment, which if you dont know, is kind of an extra spiritual conscience helping you to know what is right and wrong, in a deeper manner, (Right down to knowing the presence of evil and good spirits, to what should not be in your home, and to choices you need to make) this also most have to pray for (Some people are just given it without prayer)
It can be very difficult and sometimes you will only get a small whisper or nudge in which direction to go (From God) Sometimes you just arent sure... but pray for his guidance earnestly and try honestly... find a walk and relationship with him, and its harder to go wrong :)
I hope that helped some.

Something really tough to answer, actually. Everyone who tries to follow GOD gets to the same situation wherein they find it hard to know whether their decision is aligned to GOD's will. It's really hard to know especially when our personal desires and emotions are involved.
One very basic way to know whether our decision is right with GOD is to read the Bible. Learn and understand what it says. GOD guides us through HIS instructions written in the Holy Book. Sometimes, it'll also help if we ask ourselves, "what would Jesus do?" As Christians, we are trying to follow Jesus Christ's example. So, knowing that Jesus is faithful and good and Holy, we should imitate Him.
I am personally scared of mistaking over and over only because I rely on my own understanding. It's very helpful to pray a lot. Use prayer as first option and not the last resort. Tendency of people is, they keep attacking and then when they fail, that's the only time they start praying. By the time they realize they need to pray, they're already in a trying situation. So, they already are anxious to get out of that situation and they start thinking that their problem is already impossible to be resolved.
Been to this kind of dilemma, myself. It's indeed tough. In fact, as of this moment, I am struggling real hard to understand what decision to make. I keep praying and praying. Been a worrier, in fact. I am frustrated to the point that I am kinda having a pique on GOD. Why is He taking long to respond when I am already so crushed? Sometimes, actually, the answer is already right under our nose only we can't recognize because we're too focused waiting for the response we want. Often, we ask for guidance from GOD but we are not even prepared to make a step.
Bottom line is, we get to have this problem when our will is not aligned to GOD's. When we pray, I guess, we should always seek for HIS will firstly before ours. Besides, since HE is our creator, we should trust and have great faith that HE will work for our good and not for our bad.

I look at this differently then others...
I believe that sense I am a child of God. No matter what I do. He will use it towards His will. Even if others think I have done something wrong. Sense I am his Child He will use it in someway use it to help others understand Him better. And it will all be used somehow for His will!

What will I do in decision making is sometimes I go in a quiet place pray as God if the one I choose or the one I'll do is his will. And with a bible as I read and a verse touch me that the message of God with me.
