do you use eye drops?

as we all know,the efficacy of eyes drops is relieves tired eyes and soothes eye redness,bring a refreshingly cool feeling to the tired and sore eyes~ i wonder is most of mylotter here use eye drops?do you know other effective way to relieve tired eyes? hope you join discussing ~~ have a good day.

No, I've never used eye drops, although it may be a good idea considering how tiring spending time in front of a monitor can be for my eyes.

I used to but not anymore since an eye specialist told me that it is not good. If you want to sooth your relax your eyes, a cold compress will do or simply close your eyes for few minutes. Eye drops can sometimes cause eye irritation or may even cause your vision to be much blurrier than before.

really.... whenever i feel that my eyes are so tired, i use a cold compress. i havent consulted an eye specialist yet but when i use cold compress, i feel that my eyes are more relaxed.
