Filipinos on myLot: Would you consider meeting up?

Hi dolce_vita78, The beauty of Mylot is that it is possiable to arrange meeting each other from your part of the world, I have met one of Mylotters last week and it was as great meeting, we talked for 6 hours till he had to leave and it seems like just five minutes, it was fun and we are planning to meet other Mylotters soon, so you never know you might be able to meet some from your part of the world. Hey there! Yeah, that's a great idea! I wonder if Filipino mylotters will attend that grand eyeball you are talking about. I would come if ever that will happen. yeah, it is exciting.

A get together would be great... but it would take a lot of planning since Filipino members live in different parts of the country... the main thing to resolve is where it will be held... and when... since most of us are working or are taking care of a family... we should all agree to a time and date... I hope this sort of activity will push through... it would be nice for us to meet up... and just hang around...

I agree to that. that'd be great. If your lookin' forward to it as I am. You can gather all our cell numbers and then we'll all be a mylot clan LOlx.. What do you think of the idea?

this is a good idea and i think it can be done. perhaps you can start the ball rolling by making preparations. i've been to a couple of meet-up parties from the different forums i'm a part of and it was really great. networking is a great way to meet new friends and perhaps have new business contacts so a grand eyeball party for filipino mylotters is definitely a good idea. count me in if it does push through. cheers!

hello dolce_vita. i like your idea. a grand eyeball for all filipino mylotters would be great. although i bet that organizing such an event wouldn't be so easy because mylotters are from various parts of the country. an organizing committe and cooperation of all members is necessary for the vent to be a success.

I love to be with the group getting together on time. I just hope that we can get some funds to make this happen. Though Philippines is not as huge as the US or the UK, we come from different places and if we are going to get the party on, in on such great place too, I don't think a lot of members can be there. You see, I am from the Visayas and it will need some money to get to the capital, Manila. But I still wish, someday, a mylot get-together party in the Philippines will happen, someday, soon.

Hey, that's nice. Anywhere in the Philippines as venue would be just wonderful. And it would be nice too if the place to meet is a place I haven't been to yet. Organizing such events though would be tough but who knows, nothing is impossible. So meanwhile, we keep on mylotting to have extra money for future meeting of Filipino mylotters. Mabuhay!

That would be great, atleast you get to know the faces of people behind the discussions and responses. I hope this will push through. It would definitely a nice event.

i think this idea sounds interesting.. with the growing numbers of mylotters from the philippines everday, this sure is going to be very fun! but then again.. we are located in different parts of the country.. where should we meet up?hehehe maybe we can meet for a chritmas party or a summer party perhaps.. how could we organize it?hehehe mabe we should start per city first.. like i am from cebu and perhaps invite all mylotters from cebu to a get together.. then well be carrying it our to a national level if we can!hahahahaha

well, i am not that sure if that would be possible because we are located in different areas. it would definitely cost much if we meet up somewhere. and i am not sure if we will get a consensus as to the place we will meet since it will be unfair for others to travel if they will come from a far area. well, if someone would answer for all the expenses, maybe it can be done. lol!

hello dolce, I wonder what happened to the plan. i got a friend who tried to planned this last few months but sadly they didn't talk about it, and it seems that my interpretation their is that the plan didn't pursue. it was supposed to be in megamall but too bad in deed.
