can you suggest a good subway sandwich?

Hey guys, how are you? Wel, here am I again, craving for food, this time it's subs. I've heard about subway way back then, and when I checked the price of the goods, man it was EXPENSIVE, well for me though, I live in the Philippines. So I want a one-time experience in subway and I want it good. Heehee. Can you suggest a good sandwich for me? Do they have something with beef there? I love beef. How good is their sandwich? Is it worth it? Have a nice day.

I know what you mean when it comes to craving subs because subs are very very tasty and very good for your body, and they are much more healthy for you than anything you could get at McDonald's or any other hamburger joint, and Subway has a lot of good sandwich's and me and my fiance eat there as often as we can, even though we still eat at places like McDonald's and whenever we go to Subway I always get the same sub because I am a creature of habit and I do not like change,I always get a ham and cheese sub on white bread with mustard, lettuce, cucumbers, pickles, and oil and vinegar because it is so tasty to me,and I would definitely recommend it to anyone that goes to Subway.

Instead of adding an entirely different response, I'll just comment under my fiance. I like to get the Italian BMT on Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread. I usually have mayonnaise, lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers, sometimes pickles, and well sometimes olives, more often then not though. In any case... I sometimes put pepper on it, yum!

It's the third Italian I got this day. Wow, really, you two are like, together?! Wow, this is a very cool encounter! I've never thought I'd read a response-comment combination from two people who are, you know...yeah. Very cool, a mylot first for me. Nice, very nice... Thanks for making me crave that Italian stuff, I think it's really good as three person recommends it in a day.

They do have roast beef. I always get an Italian BMT on Parmesan oregano bread. With provolone cheese, sweet onion sauce then veggies. They have foot longs for $5 here. I don't know about the Philippines.

Wow, roast beef, yum. Foot longs for $5? That's about Php240...hmmm, I think it's still worth it because it's healthy. Have a nice day, thanks for the suggestion.

I'm all about Italian combos... Every time I got to subway I get an Italian BMT with almost all the fixings. I've had the veggie delight too but ... if y ou're going to subway and it's expensive by you -- I wouldn't get just veggies. I'd go for Italian BMT all the way!

Another idea would be to make your OWN sandwich, with beef, maybe Roast Beef? That must be available in the Phillipines? Try this one for example, I did, it was reaaally good: http://www.amazingsandwiches.com/index.php/2009/09/roast-beef-sandwich-with-horseradish-mayonnaise-and-sun-dried-tomatoes But of course this was 11 months ago, so probably you went to subway :)

My favorite Subway sandwich happens to be the cheapest one on the menu. The Veggie Delite. I get it with no cheese, all the veggies except for tomatoes, and then get some oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper added too. It is delicious and possibly even somewhat healthy.

I also always get the Italian BMT with cheese Bread. You have them add mayo and light oil and vinegar. and then you have them add lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapeno peppers, and banna peppers. Oh and don't forget the cheddar cheese. Yummy! You made me very hungry!

i just came from subway at valero st makati.. not a firm believer of it before.. you see i am not a fan of veggies. i saw the price about a decade ago and its too expensive then but with jolibee's prices going almost to the hundres.. subway is definitely a healthier and better choice by far. they have this Php 99 offer for the sub of the day.. its the usual sandwhich just cheaper.. so you still get all teh fixins and all.. i had turkey the other day with honey mustard..and just today i had the tuna on wheat bread and honey mustard minus the pepers, olives and jalapenos.. super nice. and its at 99 bucks each instead of the usual price ranging from 120-160.. i guess next ill try the italian bmt. i saw a guy order a footlong with it..
