Replubican Colin Powell's backing of Obama video

I have admired and respected Colin Powell for many years. I would vote for him in a minute if he ran for president.
I thought, that if you did not see this, it might be of interest to you, no matter who you are voting for.

I am just afraid that some might say he only backs him because they are both black and that truly would be an insult to this very wise man who is very far from being prejudiced.

I can't believe how many people would vote for Powell myself included. I am really disappointed about the right wing saying that he is backing Obama because they are both black. It makes me sick.

I had and still respect him as a military man. What I saw in him as Sec. of State made me wonder. If you are part of a team you support the team. If you disagree with the team you you either work to change it or quit you don't complain later. It was his assistant who leaked Valery Plaine name to the press yet Gen Powell did not step up to defend Scoter Libby.

Maybe he got tired of the lefties calling him an "Uncle Tom". Anyway, I'm very disappointed in him for doing this to McCain. So much for a twenty year friendship. Obama is giving him a seat on his cabinet. And he did say that it would be "electrifying" to have an African-American as president.
