Anyone help me understand why you can give up work and boyfriend for a friend?

They must be crazy..wats rong with them are they palnning to live together with one firend as common!!comeon they must be off their heads..i would pretend to listen nod my head but pick the guy i like not even let myown parents amke the decision for me!! afteall its ur life ..it is one short span who cares what others think of him it is for me to live and live it well in happiness and in mist of people whom i adore canshower my love on and stay cuddled!!

Ok well it seems that they may actually be in love with each other and are both finding it hard to admit their feelings because they act like lovers not friends. Can i suggest you speak to them and let them know they should admit their feelings and maybe their lives will be better and happier. :)

it is such an weird decision i must say. atleast I could never have taken such. am I a martyr?

WHAT???!!! this is ridiculous, a friendship is quite llike a relationship i would never stop dating a person because my friend didnt like them, after all its not them who has to like them, why would someone stop earning aliving because of a friend who is jealous are these two joined at the hip or something, siameese twins??? there is absolutely no reason why you cant have friends, relationships and jobs, millions manage it, for the most part if your with your bf why would your friend be there too??? i have always had a few close friends that i can trust rather than alot of friends im not really close to but i would never expect a friend to expect me to quit my job what kind of a friend is that, it sounds llike both are maybe really iinsecure and scared and use friendship as a way of getting out of real life, that would drive me mental lol
