Sometimes we can't control farting in public places when we have gastrointestinal problems. What is the best way to get away with it? Smile and pretend it wasn't you? Or admit, smile and say sorry?

I personally do not like the idea of farting in public because it brings bad smells.
I however have a best friend who continually farts but says that he is about to everytime he does the thing, but of course only around me or us.
I don't really know but I prefer to do it at comfort rooms or empty lots so that no people could smell the foul odor.
It almost always smells bad.

You turn around to the person next to you and give him a dirty look.

hi ChloeStrawberry
Farting in a public place is different story though,
it is a taboo that we have all had the humiliation of sharing thou we maybe secretly
of our little explosion, if anyone points the finger at us we will deny it until we are blue in the face......hehe!!
even we do have a smug grin on our faces at dat time.
FARTING is being called as d "DEADLY SILENCE"....
lolz
SMELL YOU LATER...~~~!!!! Peace...

I think its a bit different for women, I mean, being a male, if I need to let one off I just do - most people wont say anything and those that do usually say something humorous. If anyone does say anything honestly horrible I just ask them if they have ever farted before themselves - soon shuts them up.
The more that you make a scene out of it, the more other people will comment and take notice, if you carry on as if nothing happened, they won't say anything. If you look embarrassed they will pick up on it and say something.
