At what age do you hit your mid 20's (or mid 30s, 40s, etc)???

my friend and i were debating this today as i approach 23..he said that was mid twenties..i think 24 is...at what age do you think it starts?

I think mid 20's is 25, I think that anything below that you can say early 20's and after 25 you are in late 20's, so as you are 23 you are in your early 20's.
