Ladies, do you feel intimidated when taking your car to the Garage?

I recently had to take my car to have its MOT and felt that I would get ripped off if they saw a woman, so sent down my other half, are there any other women out there that feel the same way?

How many women out there went overdue with their FIRST pregnancy?

i'm just wondering if it's common to go overdue the first time or if it just depends on the womans body. I am 39 weeks and have no symptoms, so i'm curious if i will go overdue? thanks :]

kerrydunk1983 I was due on the 29th Dec 2002, my son was born on the 4th Jan 2003, I went a little overdue. All the best on becoming a mum!!

most people get settled in a company and suddenly they find this offer from a competitor who is offering u a salary hike..would u join the rival firm!!

kerrydunk1983 I think that would depend on the people, I think that if you get on well with the people you work with and you are happy with our wage why change, if you are unhappy at work and get a better offer why not go for it!

my friend and i were debating this today as i approach 23..he said that was mid twenties..i think 24 is...at what age do you think it starts?

kerrydunk1983 I think mid 20's is 25, I think that anything below that you can say early 20's and after 25 you are in late 20's, so as you are 23 you are in your early 20's.

kerrydunk1983 I personally dont smoke, but my other half does, and when he cant find a lighter he will light from the stove or gas fire in the living room, if we have candles on he will light from there too!

There's been a lot of debate about it latley what are ure views? I have a 3 yr old and i will admit i smack her.....on occasion. Whats the big deal? I mean some parents take it too far but then again what defines too far?

kerrydunk1983 I also have a 3 yr old, and I smack him too, I was smacked when I was young and it did me no harm. A lot of children now adays have no respect for anyone and I am proud to say my little boy has manners and we can take him anywhere knowing he will behave. I...

kerrydunk1983 I travel by car, I leave at 6:45 drop off my son and arrive at work at 8:30, I leave work at 5pm and get back home after picking up my son at 6:45

I love my boys (Ihave 4) and now that they are grown I would love a grandaughter. So far I have 2 grandsons. Iamso jealoous of my brother who has 8 girls.

kerrydunk1983 I started driving when I was 17, passed my test at 18 and have been drivin ever since, I would be lost without my car, I have 6 years with no bumps or accidents and drive for about 2 hours per day on the way to work and back, good luck with learning to drive!
