It totally depends on the comfort and life I m getting from my current organisation. Currentlt I m pretty happy with my organisation and hence cant think of changing the job. If someone is paying me too much then what i m getting paid i will surely talk abt this to the HR of my organisation and get my salary increase.... If the amount is just negotiable i will leave it.....
If incase I m not happy with my organisation, I will leave it without thinking much.....

wellt he answerdepends on many things... first of all the company ur working in should be givin u a pretty bad pay and a very hard time .... and the company offerring u a job should be the opposite then the person would obviously take the offer up..... but if the company he's workin in already gives him an handsome amt of salary and the comp thats offerring him the new post gives only a slight increase then there's no point in leaving the firm he's working in to join another one... plus he just needs to inform his present company that he's got a better offer and tell his present boss this and see what all the boss would do for him not to leave the company...so basically the guy wud get everything the new company was offerring him right here in his own company!!!! right??????? worked with me!!!! try it out ;)

I think that would depend on the people, I think that if you get on well with the people you work with and you are happy with our wage why change, if you are unhappy at work and get a better offer why not go for it!

there would be a lot of factors to consider..even for people who really worry about the kind of people they work with..there might be a case when money can lead to changing thrier mind and vice versa..so point well taken..

it really depends on how much the pay is... if the increase is significance then probably so.... also you would have a really good advantage seeing that you worked for the rival. but isnt that a little sneaky?
