Animals on your lap while you mylot?

Hmmmmm it seems ur pets are constant inspiration to u during mylotting well i dont have any pet so no one come and sit on my lap when i am on computer is it shortcoming

my dog is too big to be in my lap but she is lyingon the floor right beside me.

My dogs get bored with me on my laptop and go to sleep then when bored enough they take themselves upstairs to bed!! littleowl

It heard happily,but I don't like some one or some thing effect me on line,or I will do nothing,and I am so distrate by those.

Mine always sit on my feet while i type away and sometimes get up into my face and look at me like "Hey Where's my attention?"..riht now I'm having some free time and there is no one around..hee heee..wonder whats up?

my cat loves attention so much so she gets jealous if i post here on mylot. she'll lay on my lap but if she still dont get any attention...she will lay on my laptop. she's nuts lol

Yes, quite often I'll have a cat on my lap when I'm at the computer and more often than not, another one sitting on the mouse mat, which handicaps things somewhat when I come to use the mouse only to find that the cat is sitting on it. (at least she's not tried to eat it yet!)The one in the photo also like to sit on top of the monitor when I'm on the computer.

My cat sometimes jumps up here on my lap while I'm online. If I am doing something like other than work, I will leave her up here but if I am writing articles than I put her down. My dogs come in and jump on my legs to tell me they want out and for a while there my little dog got into the habit of jumping on my lap while I was online. Then he thought he should be allowed to do it all the time so I had to break him of it. I can't write articles when they are trying to jump on my lap. :)

once in a while one of my cats will come join me. i think that may be a "pay attention to me instead of the computer" move most often they sit in the kitty bed next to the comp while i'm working online.

my dog does that all the time..he lays his head on my lad and sometimes he sits on the keyboard and even plays with the keyboard..

Yep, my baby dog... originally named Saffron, but now known simply as 'Little', as in "You little.....!" LOL! She's on my lap whenever I sit, and she sleeps on my head. I'd expect that from a cat, but from a terrier?? At least she doesn't weigh much!

My cats spend most of their time outside. One of them has been hanging around me all night while I am on my computer for about a week now. First she's on my lap, then up on the monitor, back on my lap, up on my keyboard, back down to my lap... it is driving me nuts!!! I don't know what has gotten into her! I finally dragged her favorite chair over right beside me and she has contentedly curled up on it now. When I look down at her she gazes up at me with adoring eyes. I sure love my little kitties.

If I even think about sitting down at the computer Scunge the cat is up on my lap like a shot. She is usually content with just sitting, but if she feels it is time to be petted then she starts sticking her face in my (busy) hands, completely messing up my typing.

Both of my cats think I am not capable of being on the computer without their help. If I don't have one on my lap then I have the other. Here I thought it was just me. LOL

When my cat was still alive, she likes to come and sit on my lap when I was doing my work on the computer. At that time I had a female cat before I got Jebat, who is my second cat. She likes to come to me, and she will go straight onto my lap and she doesn't care what I was doing at that time. We always spend time together, and at first she will massage my thighs before she sat on my lap. It felt really good especially when I had been sitting for a long time. Then she would lie down on my lap and go to sleep. She can go to sleep very easily and she even goes to my bed to sleep. What a spoiled cat she is! Lol!

I try to keep the cats out of my space where the computer is - in part to keep the cat fur from getting into more than it already does, and in part because it is hard enough to type without all the kitty help I would get. So... the roomie gets all the help. Mind you, if I'm not in there she might have 4 cats in her room, if I walk in there, she'll have 10 pretty quickly.

Oh my goodness my cat Sammy will not leave me alone she insists on sitting on my lap when I am sitting no matter where I am. she loves to be on my lap when I am on the computer. I am not comfortable when she is on my lap when I am typing. I have two baskets with knitted blankets in them for the pets to sleep in when I am in the office. I try to get her to sleep in on and one is for Petie my dog.

My one cat loves to attack my elbow when I am typing. My other cat, who just passed away last week, would want to climb up and curl up on my lap between my chest and laptop, making it a little hard to type. LOL

Hi coffeeshot, I have two cats, Baby loves to sit on my hubb's lap but when hes oof to bed she sleep on his chair, but my Tom is alwsys upstaires in the bed room so I don't get any of them siiting on my lap, but Tom hsd a habit of jumping on my coffee table and while Im typing he walkds righ across my LapTop, i have to shput at him, he hasen't done that for a while now, I think he has got the message. Hey coffeeshot! That's funny! My cat Luna has decided all of a sudden that he also wants to sit in my lap when I am mylotting! He never ever sat in my lap before! I guess he figures that since I am in this chair for so long and seem to be typing and not paying attention to him when he is screaming at me that he might just as well jump up into my lap. He just started doing this for the first time a few weeks ago. I was so surprised the first time he did it! I have hade him for almost 5 years and he never was a lap cat at all! He wasn't even such a lovey dovey cat. His brother was the lover cat! Star is the lover cat. He sleeps next to me in bed and has to hold me like a person! He thinks he's my loverboy! He puts his arm around me and I hold his paw! I have the 2 sweetest boys ever! Even though I gave them girls names! They aren't mad at me for that either!
