Ok I just thought about this discussion while I was answering some response to my other discussion.
Just a while ago I said I accidentally post a picture in a wrong topic.
Then one time I posted a discussion to a wrong interest.
One time I said to user that I already answered his discussion, which is not true because the user I was responding to is not the same as the one I responded, they only have the same avatar.
I also experienced posting a response twice, and it happened not just twice.
And my usual blunder? posting a response and then suddenly finding out I have typographic errors or misspelled words

How about you guys? What are your mylot blunders?
goofs?

hahahaha.. you are forgiven man!hahaha i had done a lot of typographical errors..and just like you, i've tried copy and pasting a wrong response to a wrong discussion!hahah you know what i mean.. i think i have done that around 3 times already!hahahaha i would type my response in a notepad because i am in the office, and i dont want my officemates to see that i am doing something online.. then i would open a lot of discussions in different tabs.. then boom.. i would paste the response in the wrong discussion.. too late most of the time, i will only realize it's the wrong discussion that i have posted my response to when i see it there being posted already!!!nyahahaha

I have a lot of typographical errors. It makes a lot of difference. Putting the word "not" also goes a long way. Someone was offended by one of discussions because I failed to use the word "not". I also had an experience were I posted two comments on the same discussion because I thought the my first response was not posted.

I once said that I dont fast in one response, and then in another one I said that I fast on Tuesdays. This was pointed out to me by an observant MyLot member.I went along to have a look and I could'nt understand how this had happened.Boy was my face red.At the time I simply could'nt remember how this could have happened.I tried to put this out of my mind, and then remembered that I used to write down articles that I would later post on MyLot.I managed to find this one, which actually
stated that I have a friend who is a Hindu and he fasts on Tuesdays.I simply dont recall how I could make such a serious blunder.I found this absolutely embarrasing.

Two days ago I made a big mistake. Instead of sending a pm with a link I accidentaly send it to the response and the minute I press the 'submit' I realized that I have posted it to the wrong place and could not retrieve it. However I did go back and state my mistake and so far the discussion is still there.

It just happened to me a few hours ago. I was answering a post about soya milk and another about a totally different picture. I managed to insert an image of the milk in the wrong window. © ronaldinu 2008

LOL =D Responding wrongly to someone's discussion is a serious mistake.. lol =D The person will properly feel hurt when he knows that.. hehe ^_^ And that has never happen to me as i dun open multi tab, and none of my frenz share the same avatar too.. haha
BUt for double posting and typo error, they are all very normal ^_^ Esepcially double posting, it's not our fault, because it's the lag in the system or the site that leads to double posting.. hehe

Hi pehpot! I think that all of us mylotters are capable
of making these mistakes. After all we are all just
humans! I think we tend to go too fast, have other things
on our minds, be thinking about too many discussions at
the same time, too many thoughts rushing through our
minds. I know that sometimes my thoughts come to fast
for my fingers to type and I get confused. My brain is
going faster then my fingers and I make all sorts of crazy
typos. I think that I have checked out my discussion and
it looks right and I hit the submit and then I look at
what I typed and it doesn't make sense and I get all upset.
I think that this happens to all of us at some time or
other. So don't be too hard on yourself. And I only
work on one discussion at a time. I don't keep
multiple tabs open. I can barely concentrate on
one and get it right!

It happnes to me everyday majorily about mistyped of words or with wrong spelling so quite often i end up responding a comment to correct the post if it changes my views if it is just typoerror but we can understand as well then i ride on to next..hehe its natural human errors but needs to be changed

Been there done that on all the blunders that you experienced... most if not all are unintentional... and most members get to experience these sort of mistakes... so i think it is okay... as long as it does not happen everyday...
My most recent blunder is responding to a discussions twice... i thought the first one did not go through so i responded again... only to find out that the first one did go through... well i did not bother explaining anymore...

Seems like we all make them, but i think you probably make more than i do
The typos are the most mistakes i make in my posts and i remember posting a referral link my first days here
I have once posted a response to find it appearing twice as well and sometimes replied to the wrong posts.
I do not usually start discussions so i probably don't post in the wrong interests, but i have so many times posted pictures in the wrong interest, not anymore though

Yeah, it happened to me in other discussion forums. I made typo errors too and grammatical errors, good thing it's not an issue as long as your point is clear. Making clarifications is easy also. One experience I had is to lose the whole response because my computer went crazy and there was a fluctuating power at home- I have to start all over again. Good thing that I am making responses seriously and I pay attention to my points so there's no need to be mentally lost...

Typos are the most errors I make. I have had problems with photos too, fortunately I did have the administrator to delete that one. One I didn't read it all the way thru and answered it wrong. The user informed me of that. I have made many more just can't think of them right now.
