Hits4Pay & 1099 Form?

I joined this site and just noticed that they require a 1099 form for tax purposes when you join. Is this required for most PTC sites? I'm not sure I want to give out my social security number to them. Has anyone else done this for PTC/PTR companies?

That is the only reason I did not join that site. I don't know of any other site that is asking for that information. They just say it is the members own responsibility to pay taxes on whatever they make.

not many sites ask for that...just the ones that report your earnings. i was going to join that and saw they needed that so i never do any offers on there becaue of it.

when i joined hits4pay (which was a very long time ago)I never had to give them any of that information
