Which click to earn money excepts paypal?

Im trying to join click to pay or whatever its called but alll the ones I click on doesnt except paypal. They only except alertpay. I dont want to open another account I want just paypal. I need one that pays good an adds up plus excepts paypal. please help me!!! I wanna have fun too!!!
