Hi all I tried the weightwatchers cabbage soup diet. For those of you that dont know its more like a crash diet. You eat this cabbage soup for 7 days and other small meals. I lost 27 pounds but then a month later I put it back on! AHHHHHHHh the trouble of loosing weight. Is there anyone out there that has been on a diet and kept the weight off?

Not me I go on diets all the time.
Over the last 10 years i gained 40 pounds.
The cabbage diet sounds great.
Do you make the soup yourself?
What small meals do you eat in between?

I've tried the cabbage soup diet, but couldn't stick with it. Did you lose 27 pounds in 1 month? That was awesome. I'd like to lose a few pounds before the holidays. I do like the vegetable soup recipe that Weight Watchers has and love the taste of it. Maybe I should stick with that one and try and lose a few pounds.
