Would You Let The Feet Stop You? Or Jump Right In?

I was just having a feet discussion with a couple of associates of mine, and we were discussing how we love our feet. Yea yea, I know it's weird, but a question came up from the conversation.
One of my associates popped out with "would you get deeply involved with a man or woman who doesn't keep their feet well maintained, but keeps the rest of their body maintained?"
In my opinion, all of the parts of the human body can be cleaned and maintained often, I mean very often, unless there's a heck of a good excuse not to.
I dated a man who washed every part of his body except his feet. He gave up on his feet because he said they were ugly and the hope was lost.
What do you think my dear friends? Would you let the Feet Stop You? Or Jump Right In?

OK first off I wash my feet everyday. But as far as toe nail polish no. I cut my toe nails and that is about it but some lotion. If they have dirty feet then no. But if they wash them then yes. My friend is a piledriver and getting his feet done is not something he will or even think about doing. Me I would never get my feet done. Have a nice day. I have better things to spend my money on. Then getting my feet done. Like my credit card bill. Your friend onlydia

Interesting discussion. My wife deals with having to have a pedicure. She does keep her feet clean even when she has to do her own pedicures somethings. I used to have a foot fedish, and if a woman's foot didn't look pretty to me, I'd stay far away. But I'm married now and don't have that hang up anymore. I do think people should keep themselves well manicured, pedicured whenever possible. And by all means, take a bath! Funk and feet should not be married in my opinion. I actually told a co-worker that I could smell their body odor and that they should do something about it. They blamed it on their feet and the fact that it was wet outside. I say it one more time: FUNK AND FEET, DO NOT MIX, THEY SHOULD NOT DATE, OR EVEN HANG OUT FOR SECONDS.

I have to say that, "I may not have the prettiest creatures that you've ever seen, but they are definitely funk-FREE, soft and CLEAN"

I don't mind my feet but I can't stand other ppl's. I use to do alot with mine like painting my toenails, lotions and all kinds of stuff...these days I don't. I wash them good every day when I shower and keep the nails trimmed but that's about it.

It is essential that we respect our body and for me cleanliness from head to toe is important.I would never like to have as a friend, someone who rarely cleans his/her feet because they are ugly. Why even ugly things look attractive if you keep them clean.

Hahaha! Where were you the whole week of my stay here? I'm so amazed by your posts. As the saying goes; you can not judge a book by its cover. If the persona of that guy is worth giving a shot then go ahead girl. Hygiene can be taught and as long as you really like him then extend a helping hand.lol...Thanks 4 the invite. You are cool girl!

That's been some years ago since I been with him, now I don't know if he washes his feet or not.
I have a million things to do so I don't spend much time on here. I was absent 4 days straight from mylot and in that short time I missed my wonderful mylot friends, they are good people and really fun to pick and chat with.
Give me a high five! You kool to the bone!

to be honest with you, i also seldom take care of my feet... i think i am just a lazy person... and my feet look ugly because the skin is so dry and peel off in many places... but recently, i try to take care of my feet again as i know that it is also important... if my hubby sees me with my ugly feet, he might run away from me... :-) take care and have a nice day...

Thank you for being so sweet and honest. I'm sure your hubby don't think your feet is ugly, maybe it's just your opinion. Does he ever say anything? You don't have to answer that ya know?..

i wouldnt have a problem with his feet as long as he did at least WASH them. oh and kept his nails clipped. someone above talked about a guy with nasty fungus, contagious, just plain disgusting feet...now i dont think i could lay in the same bed under the same covers with feet like that!
eew..just gives me the heebiejeebies thinking about feet that bad.
i honestly dont expect a man to be all into lotion and exfoliating, or otherwise pampering his feet, but they at least have to get regular soap lol!

hi miraclefreebies I would not like a man whose feet were dirty and allcruddy. I expect him to keepall of him clean. My husband was very clean, even his feet. He didnt think it very respectful to his wife if he would come to bed with yucky feet and exp ect to make wild passionate love, nor I to him . We were both adamant on keep;ing ourselves clean, I mean nobody wants to play around with their mate if their feet were filthy.

You're right Hatley, and it would be a complete turn off for me, and a HUGE distraction while trying to make love or play or anything else romantic.
