do you still remember what your first cellphone was?

Mine was a Bosch, that was in 1999 when I was still in college. I forgot its model name or number but it is so small and a flip-top one. But before that, I had this huge Nokia cellphone with no SMS feature. It was handed-over to me by my sister because she thought I needed it more than her since I was out of the house most of the time. But, the Bosch one is the cellphone which I can call as my first-owned. I had it for more than a year then I had a Nokia 3210.

mine was a blue nokia 5110 which my sister bought for me. i remember how thrilled i got each time i entered a new contact in the cellphone's phonebook. i don't know why, but i was more excited doing that than receiving a new message. this phone also suffered a few falls, but it always remained as good as new. unfortunately, i lost this phone while going down the escalator of a mall in quezon city. i foolishly placed the phone inside the pocket of my backpack. when i looked at my bag, the zipper was open and the cellphone was gone. =(

i still remember what my first mobile phone was. in fact, i believe i remember all my mobile phones. i started with the ericsson 388, the one with flap. there was two models in the market then. one with flap and one without. then i migrated to a ericsson 688. since then, i've got many mobile phones.
