Everyone is born with special gifts. What do you think your special gifts are?

My special gifts are being a good listener, so many people know how to talk and can probably talk the hind legs off a camel but I am not a talker, that's not my strong point but sometimes it's actually far better to be an excellent listener than a talker because you can learn so much more just by listening than talking! I reckon I would make a great counselor/therapist and maybe that's what I am heading towards seeing as I am taking up psychology.

I think my gift is being able to make people laugh and feel good about thems elves. I make friends very easily and usually keep them unless they fall in love with me. lol (which has happened a few times) I then have to break their hearts and they usually dont stay friends after thet. But yes its making friends.

I think my special gifts are that I am a very patient, nurturing and caring person. These things have made me be a better nurse. Work can be overwhelming at times. Sometimes people can be difficult to deal with,.. But I have the ability to take a few deep breaths and remind myself that most of these people are scared and not feeling well and while it may be the 100th patient I seen today, I am the first person they are seeing at the hospital. I enjoy making them feel more comfortable and listening to thier fears and concerns. As tough as my job can be sometimes, as many times I wanted to run out the hospital in tears... It is also the most rewarding job I have ever had and I feel I was always meant to have it.
