Cooking Ground Meat

Want your ground meat to cook more evenly? Use a potato masher instead of a spoon or fork to break up the clumps while it cooks in the skillet.

I neve heard of that before. It sounds like an interesting idea. I guess that I will try that sometime if I have alot of meat that I need to cook with somethin like that. I think it will be a very good idea. I like things like that easy tips to cook with.

Its never really bothered me to have big clumps of meat when i'm cooking, but that is a great tip, I'm going to try that the next time I make something with ground meat. Thanks !

That's a really good idea, as I always have trouble breaking up my ground meat into smaller pieces when making things like tacos. I think I will use this tip next time I make ground meat!
