yesterday manchester united played everton , they played well in the first half but let us down in the second half. they played so well against west brom and celtic but why could they not carry that form against everton?
do you think they were overconfident after big wins in previous games and took the game lightly vs everton? why did the pairing of rooney and berbatov not fire yesterday?

Man Utd did look less solid at the back with Ferdinand making mistakes. The Vidic-Ferdinand pair did not dominate the defensive area as well as they did last season. A good defence will provide the platform for Man Utd to attack for longer periods in the game. The positive thing we can take from this was that the Fletcher-Giggs central midfield pairing was awesome. Man Utd needed their help due to injuries to Scholes, Hargreaves and Carrick. It was Giggs that provided that assist and Fletcher who scored the goal. However, I do believe that it is still early, Chelsea slipped up at Liverpool, Man Utd will come back from this. We must remember that Ronaldo has not hit his best form yet. But something has to be done in defence, that's for sure.

united is currently not at its best.every season they begin slow &look tentative, but as the season progresses they grow stronger and towards end of season they r almost unbeatable.the same thing happened last season too,but they were able 2 pick themselves up & went on to win EPL and champions league.they hav showed that form of last season in small spurts &in another month or so they'll b at their best.chelsea and liverpool might b at the top,but its too ealy 2 predict anything.title race is wide open.about berbatov and rooney, last season similar talks emerged about pair of rooney and tevez, but they both responded brilliantly.it'll b same this time.also both the strikers r at full form both striking goals at quick intervals.rooney looks better this season than last year.its just a matter of few matches.
