I'm not able to log into mylot.com and alertpay.com with my computer.

I'm not able to log into mylot.com with my computer. Right now i'm using from Public computer. When I click signin button after putting my userid and password in the concerned box (i'm talking about home page of mylot.com), the page takes forever to load and finally it comes up with the page "The connection to serve was reset". But I can access all pages of mylot without signing in as an anonymous. My computer is perfect with all other sites, I have this problem only with mylot and alertpay.
Do you have any solutions to this problem?

I think clearing the cookies and deleting the temporary downloaded internet files can solve this problem.

I'm using Mozilla firefox. Where can I find "cookies" and "temporary downloaded internet files" for this browser? I know for "internet explorer" we go to "c:windows\temporary internet files" to delete cookies and internet files.

I cleared all cookies and temporary downloaded files, but still I was not able to open mylot.com and alertpay.com from my computer. Again I'm using now from public computer.

Try to clear cookies, cache and clean your temporary internet files, i hopes it work
