I opened my newspaper and this is what I saw...
"Trial to resume for PA man in baby's death"
"A north eastern Pennsylavania man accused of beating a 7-month-old child to death is expected to take the stand in his own defense when trial resumes this week. They are seeking the death penalty against 30-year-old Michael Blakey, who is charged with first-and third degree murder.."
This is the worst.....
He is accused of slamming the baby into a concrete floor..The baby later died in a hospital..
OMG!!! This just breaks my heart and makes me so very angry at this person to do such evil to a poor innocent baby...
The death penalty is too easy...It isn't enough.. What are your thoughts?

I don't know why these things take so long, but they do. Must have to gather all the evidence together. BTW - I like your spider for Halloween.

I don't know what kind of situation would cause a human being to kill a baby, in their right mind, so something had to be very wrong with this man. Maybe his parents didn't raise him right, maybe he doesn't get enough air. Poor baby, I hope the child rests in peace now. Nobody should ever be killed so young.

It didn't elaborate on the details as to why...We probably won't know..although he is going to take the stand in his own defense and then we will hear just what it was that made him do this...

It breaks my heart every time I read about stuff like this. I don't understand how anybody could hurt anyone, especially a defenseless baby. I think he should get lie. That way he can be beat by the other inmates before they finally kill him. No matter what his earthly punishment is, it won't be near as bad as his afterlife.

He will pay for this crime one way or another...hopefully his time in jail won't be a good time..but I don't think he cares...

Don't know the answer to that yet...but I'm sure they will publish it sometime..He will get what's coming to him when he does get to prison.

It is so sad, I am not sure why I am thinking this way tonight, there are a lot of people who would love to have a baby and this man doing this to his own.
I am not sure what will happen, I just hope gets life for what he did.
But I am sure it will not be like that tho.

The baby was his girlfriends..They didn't say whether he was the father...and I haven't heard about what his punishment will be...
My heart just aches so bad....

How could anyone do such a terrible thing to an innocent baby. Dont worry the murderer will get his punishment in the next world, I'm sure. God bless the little baby's soul and may he rest in peace.

uff yeah that was awfull ! arghh wt* i cant believe how man could done that to a baby !
but as for the punishment, i cant judge anything bout it..but God is the fairest, i believe that God will make him pay for that, maybe not in this world but in hell..im just a human being, n will react n feel just the same as u bout this Feona..
