kholid78 your blood sugar shows that you have eat more sugar in last ago. And fasting not do full day, but around 12 hours a day. It was good to burn excess fat

kholid78 Every day I fasting start at +- 04.00 and finish at + - 17.35. So I didn't fast as full of 13 days. And yes I guess can do it for 30 days
