Have a more open communication with my children

No parents would wish to have a distant kids in terms of personal relationship is concerned. I wish that my two teenage boys would be more open to me. I have observed that when my two boys reached their teen years, they gradually shut me out of their lives. They now explore the world by themselves. They spend less time with me and I could feel that they don't want to open up their problems with me. I wish they were still small and sweet to me like they used to.

yes i think it is necessary to have a moer open communication with the children ,but i think sometime it is not so easy to communicate with them and sometime it is a very tired thing to talk with them.but i think we should do moer and we should help them to know the world moer .
