a lifeless object

If you could choose to be a lifeless object for a day, what would you be? In my case, I would like to be my boyfriend's eyeglasses. He wears it all the time and I want to see what he's able to see. he treats his eyeglasses so delicately the same way he treats me. And when he goes to sleep he would puts his eyeglasses delicaterly on his bedside where I want to be to watch over him while he's sleeping. And in the morning, i will be the first thing he would look for and I will be what he needs to wear for the whole day. :-) What about you?
