lady_cayote Mushroom is the excellent source of Vitamin B5. Cauliflower too. Turnip greens and sunflower seed. B5 helps turn carbohydrates and fats into usable energy. it boosts your adrenalin and relieves you from fatigue and listlessness.

lady_cayote I think so too.Maybe if not chocolates then they substitute smoking with candies. Eating fruits is actually a good idea. It could also detoxify.
