lady_cayote Thanks. I'm really dying to quit smoking. Maybe it has already been an addiction. I tried going on cold turkey but I just went back to the vice after several months. I tried tapering off but it's still the same. Oh my, I hope something would really help.

lady_cayote I think so too.Maybe if not chocolates then they substitute smoking with candies. Eating fruits is actually a good idea. It could also detoxify.

lady_cayote don't know really but sometimes I also encounter the same dream of waking up and waking ad realizing you were still sleeping although it all seemed real. And she said it's happening quite often and only in the office. Spooky!
