What software do you use to download file from internet?

I have used various kind of file manager. At first I used the DAP, but then I get tired of all the pop ups. Now I use Orbit downloader because I can download You tube video and find software using it. The speed was amazing. When I want to use torrent, I download using utorrent. There is many download manager around so You will have many other choices that suits you best.

I use Filezilla to download and upload a file via ftp. Filezilla is a ftp client software. Sometime I also use bittorrent to download a torrent file. I think you should optimise your downloading software setting preference first, in order to reach its maximum performance. Read its help file for further information on how to optimise its setting to match your internet connection speed. This can speed up downloading/uploading time significantly.

I use download acclerator plus and Bit torrentz.But most of the times I use DAP only.

You can find so many softwares in internet to download the files from internet. Firefox has a built in plugin to download the file from internet. If you need to download many files from internet, you can try one of the download accelerator. Now I am using Internet Download Acceletator which was a good and a reliable program. I can download any number of files at a time. Sometimes, I will place a lot of downloads in my computer and then I will go to sleep. I normally use Firefox's plugin -downloadthemall. It's very fast in my opinion. I don't install flashget or thunder because they're not allowed in my company.
