Is reading Newspaper daily a habit for you?

Yeah subha12, I like reading newspaper in the morning after having for I could learn the latest news about all the important and new things happen all around me no matter those nearby or in distant areas. Nowadays I have changed the habit of reading by shifting from the traditional newspaper in the morning to those online news in the late evening. I could access latest news by reading the online newspaper which usually would always be kept updated according to the current situation. posting have a great day.

since news became available on the net, i dont see the need to buy news on paper anymore.. to me it has become sort of a waste of money, and later when the old newspaper takes up space in my corner while waiting to be recycled - it really becomes an eyesore..

Hello.Subha! Reading newspaper is my hobby.This I have developed since my college days about fifty years back and at the age of seventy I am continuing with the same habit.However I also watch news channels to update with the information from time to time.thanx.

I often don't read newspaper,and I often watch TV or surf on net to collect news,and I can also know the lated news,and it cost me no money,and also I think watching TV can get more news.

Me too, my day doesn't seem to begin properly if I don't read the newspaper. I have been in the habit of reading newspaper from a very early age and I must say it is a good habit to keep ones self updated on the happenings around the world. after all Knowledge is power. Happy myloting.

I read newspaper online, but I usually read it from internet. It's very convinient and useful for us to learn what happen new in our city, country or the whole world. Newspaper has become part of my life.

I rarely read the newspaper nowadays... because i can always read the news through the internet... one time i bought breakfast (to be eaten at lunch) at a fastfood chain... and i was surprised to be given a free newspaper... but i did not really read it... because it was so big... and the ink would stick to my fingers... so i really just prefer to read the news through the internet...

It used to be a habit as I arrive in the office but now no more. This happened ever since I've known myLot. I don't read the papers anymore as I arrive in the office...instead I'd excitedly turn on the computer...go to myLot and see what discussions are in store of me. Ha!ha!ha! Now I realized aside from my daily nap... which I said in my post today.... I realized also that my daily newspapers reading has been taken away by myLot.

hi subha, For me also news paper is an important thing that i use before even brushing my teeth. I am 20 yrs of age , I have only noticed a few of my age-group doing this. Anyway it keeps me updated ... I have also heared that it is a good eye Exercise too..!

Hi After my retirement from my job, newspaper reading has become my habit. Morning tea without a newspaper is what I don't prefer at all. I browse internet for updated news. But to me, reading a news paper has a different thrill rather than reading it from the net. Anyway, happy mylotting.

Reading newspaper daily is not habit for me although i order daily local newspaper. I just look over the paper if there is in interesting news then i give time to read it otherwise there are many of news channel from which i like to see news live

I seldomly read the newspaper because most of the times I read it in the Internet. I only read it on Friday because in my place, on Friday got one special section that focused on soccer.

I don't waste my money on newspaper as we are getting everything from internet. I think no one need to read newspaper any more, as we are getting up-to-date information from internet. I predict newspaper industry is going to collapse soon at least within 10 to 20 years.

Reading newspaper is no longer my daily habit for years. In stead of it, I will use computer everyday. I can learn the news from TV and computer, so I don't have to depend on newspaper. I love China

Yes reading the newspaper is a habit which I developed right from childhood.It was a thrill to go running to the gate to collect the newspaper and go through it,before my father woke up and confiscated it for hours togehter...ha..ha... But even today dispite the presence of the TV and the internet,reading from the hard copy has a charm of its own.Its also a good companion while travelling....

I subscribed a couple of newspapers, which come in to start my day of reading. From the daily news, I get a glance of the top events home and abroad, then sports, health, etc. Papers also give me inspiration for online lotting. I would share the useful suggestions for health, surprises in life, and also the lessons from tragedies caused by human and nature. Reading is never enough.
