Web cam while chatting?

We use the webcam while chatting. And the main idea is that we chat with our parents in Japan and we use the webcam for them to see us and us to see them. Simple. For "chatting"? No, I don't use them. I'm pretty embarrassed on how I look like, and I don't really chat online, it's not my type of thing. Have a nice day.

Not really into using web cam in my daily usage of my computer. I only use it when I have to. I got no kids and if ever I had I always keep an eye on them when I am using the internet. You might never know what will they do and it's better to be safe.

I rarely use webcam. Also I use it only when chatting with a friend or relative. Other than with those people I do not use webcam for chatting.

Yes, i do use webcam while chatting but not all the time. I just use for a moment then i switch it off for i like to do multi tasking. I chat while doing here in mylot at the same time, or checking my email or watching movies in you tube site. I just use my headset to talk to my friends online.

Havent even used keyboard while chatting, webcam + microphone is a lot better. XD

in fact i wouldnt like to use a web cam when chatting through IM .for me ,i get some strange and uncomfortable and i prefer to chat through keyborad typing . also headphone is ok
