If I were not raised eating meat then I would never eat meat. I've ate meat ever since I can remember. I mean I remeber being a little kid and thinking my favorite food was steak. But if I didn't just grow up eating meat I would never ever think I'm gonna catch that cow and go put in a fire for awhile and then actually put a dead burnt animal in my mouth. I just think it's so weird when I stop and think about it that I actually eat a dead animal. I wounder what the person was thinking the first time they ever cooked and ate a animal for the first time. Was there no grass around or anything. Did someone just get so hungrgy they went chasing after a rabbit or something. If they were that hungry you wouldn't think they would have the stamina to go chasing after some wild animal.

I used to eat meat until two years ago when I decided to give it up. I agree with what you are saying about why would someone think to chase down an animal who was minding its own business, just they could cook it and shove it in their mouth. There are so many things growing in abundance all around us in this world, that there is no need to behave this way. I would never be able to kill an animal myself, except maybe some creepy bug if if came too close, so why should I eat the animal that someone else has killed. It makes no sense to me at all.
