jedopi I don't need to create it - it's already been created. It's the logo for Librivox. I just wanted to add it as a flyer instead of the boring one that is being used now, but thanks anyway.

Do you "read" books by using Audio books? I find that I can "read" more books by listening to then in the car or when I take my daily walk.

jedopi Not only have I read all the Harry Potter books at least three times, but I have listened to all seven of the audio books at least three or maybe four times. I guess you can tell that I am a huge Harry Potter fan. You shouldn't be able to download it for FREE...

Has anyone here ever volunteered to read for Librivox? I started a little while ago and I love it. We take books that are in the Public Domain, record them and then upload them to the internet so others can enjoy them for FREE!!!...

jedopi Books always seem to have more details than a movie otherwise you would be in the theatre for days instead of a couple of hours. The last movie, The Order of the Phoenix left out a whole lot of important stuff, but it was still a great movie.

jedopi I can't wait to see this movie. We just finished re-watching all of the other Harry Potter movies just to refresh our memories of the stories. Not that we really needed to, we've all read the books and seen the movies a dozen times!

I love grilled veggies but am looking for some new ideas for marinades and glazes for them. ANy one?

jedopi I find that if you marinate the veggies first it does add some flavour but the grill (if it is an outdoor bbq) flavour will overpower the marinade. If you add the vinegar and oil afterwards instead you get a more powerful vinagrette flavour.

jedopi I love to grill red shepherd peppers, zucchini, eggplant, onions, and tomato. When they are all done, I peel and seed the peppers and tomatoes, cut everything up into bite size pieces and then add olive oil, basalmic vinegar, salt and pepper. It takes so good...

jedopi I understand what you are saying and I agree up to a point, but the fact is the way that JRR Tolkien wrote the story was perfect as it was. There was no need to change these areas of the story just for dramatic effect.
