what are other means of releasing depression?

sometimes we need to cry it out to release the depression in our heart.. sometimes we share it with friends to get some sympathy and make your self better. there are lots of ways.. what will your be?

I use to manage depression, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.

I also cry a lot. If I can find somebody to talk to, that's great, but it doesn't always happen. So I take a walk, or listen to my favorite music, or read a book. Or sometimes I just go to sleep and I feel better when I wake up.

It is interesting to talk about depression. I did my masters work on nutrition and learning and found what a huge connection there was between the two. On another level how much does our own thoughts affect the way we think and react to situations. It is very interesting how much negative talk, almost 80% by some studies, people have each day. Let's change our diets and our self talk and then we can go from there.
