150.000 members in the mylot community, do you remember your beginnings ?

Wow, I hadnt even noticed that myLot has 150K members already. Last time I checked it was still 149K something. Yeah I do remember my first month here. Actually have a record of my earnings, my number of posts per day and discussions started. Thought that it would help me in understanding how the earning system works as well as the general structure of the site. I agree that the first days were hard. Earnings were really low even if I posted a lot of responses but you are right that once you get to know how things 'work' around here then its fine. You get to enjoy the site, the people and the conversation as well.

I think that I have learned a lot from mylot. I have learned how to make friends, and discussions. Whose discussions I enjoy the most. To work hard to get the earnings you want. It's kind of a reap what you sew type of thing. I like it here, and I think I'm glad I stayed instead of gave up.

yes i ahve noticed this. mylot population has crossed 150000. i remember the day i started here. it was jan, 29th, 2007. i knew nothing about this. my friend referred me here and i liked it instantly

I followed a friend over here. The friend is gone, but I like the site. As for the money, the $10 a month does manage to cover my fee at GDI, so what the heck!

Well; I started in January 2007 . Back then ; I was sceptical of making Money Online . I had been on a few sites which promised a lot ;but did not return the Favor . Still; I learnt a lot on Mylot from people from so many countries,ethnicities , Religions as well as regions . I understood that people everywhere have so much in common ; so many similar problems etc . I have learnt that Mylot is so much more than a Money generating machine . It is also a stress buster for me at times .

I started today. Don't know for 5 year ahead whether I still remember the date of my beginning in this community.

Well, from someone who has been an Active member now in here for over 2 yrs. now, this site has really changed a lot over time. It is hard to believe there are actually that many members here. Problem has always been how many have NEVER been active in here and loosing out on this site as well. For me, this is one of the greatest sites to be. I have made many Friends, and learned a lot about a lot of things over time as well. I was leary of this site as well when I first joined, but now I look forward to being here, and actually miss the days I am so busy I cannot get in here to post a little bit. Hope you continue to enjoy being here, and wishing you the Best.

i can't really remember my first time here anymore because i had been here for over 2 years now... i know this site from my church's evangelist... he joins this site and i just happen to be curious and visit this site... it turns out that i love this site and had been here since then... take care and have a nice day...

mylot population when i started was i guess 90 thousand plus..but not a single doubt on my part since before i participated i read first some of the discussions on the members especially on the payout system and everything... im very much active on that time trying to test the waters on how can i really earned much..but lately due to some circumstances beyond my control sometimes i cant visit this site or log in...

I first started myLot April 2007. There were around 78k members. It has nearly doubled since then. I never really got it going in terms of posting responses. Most of the times I,m not in the mood. I enjoy doing discussions in myLot especially if many responds.

Hi elitness I stumbled upon this site and just joined at first responding etc not realising you could earn on here, but by that time I found that it was so enjoyable and was learning so many different things, the people were friendly and gave me help when needed since then I have never looked back and will continue here..that was nearly a year ago...littleowl

Hi elitess, When I fist came on to Mylot, it was to make friends with other Mylotters and I did make a few frineds whom I still got and are now my firm friends, I did not know that you can earn on here till my friend told me to look at the top of my page for the earning and I was so surprised, so I have not gone any where else but stayed here and just to have fun. i joined here just 4 days ago. But i liked this site very very much. And i am pritty sure that i will be here for a long time. and congarulations to mylot for crossing the milestone of 1,50,000 members.

I have definitely learned lots of stuff since I have ben here. I have made some great friends and a little money on the way too.

I just joined today so I haven't really had the privilege of getting to know anyone or enjoy the community as you all have. :$ I will agree that it is confusing as a new member; I'm constantly worried I'll mess up my posts and ruin any chance of becoming an established poster on MyLot. I guess I shouldn't even be leaving a comment here as I'm not saying anything really relevant to the topic. o_o *Starts mumbling to self and walks off.*
