Today I heard that drinking green tea reverses the effects of smoking. Coltsfoot and Mullein herb are both great for speeding up the process of cleaning out the lungs by loosening phlegm and acting as a tonic for the lungs. Also, if you add Hibiscus flowers to your water it opens up the lungs and makes it easier to breathe, and it has a lot of Vitamin C. Does anyone else have ideas for those who need to heal from smoking?

Why bother to shut the door after the horse has got out? Perhaps green tea is good for smokers, but its Great for those of us who didn't start or who have quit the habit. The big push here should not be, What to do if you smoke, but what to do to stop smoking. Time heals all things, and if you have just quit the habit you will heal with Time.

Hi anakatora
Hiccup 7 pieces of roselle (Hibiscus Sabrifa,L) on a cup of hot watter.
Drink it 3 times a day in 1-2 months
Or You can try the same way with leaf of Morus Alba L
