I'm still here stuck at the office, waiting for my husband! He and his guy officemates went out to play Warcraft DOTA. It will only be just for an hour, he says. They do this once a week. Whenever I'm tempted to nag, he gently reminds me that I should be thankful 'coz this is his ONLY vice... he doesn't smoke, he doesn't do drugs and he only drinks occasionally...yada, yada. haha. He even urges me to go learn the game and join them. :D Yeah, right! :) When I was still single, I do play computer games... a lot! But now that I'm married, I dunno, I guess it just lost its novelty on me. Well, I'd like to think of it now as computer games is to men while shopping/salon/spa is to women. :D Makes sense. Ok, i'm not ranting anymore..... :D

I am a fan of DOTA as well. It's a fun network game for guys mostly. But I have seen girls playing with us in the cyber cafe as well. It requires good skills and team work to win. I have stopped playing the game for quite a long time, due to heavier company work load. What your hubby said got some points too, because at least he don't smoke and drink occasionally. Other than game, I think most men like football as well.

Haha! good "lawyer-ing" for my husband, huh!? Yeah, understand. Anyhoo, wish you could still find time with DOTA, i believe it's a good stress-reliever too. Both my husband and I have been busy with work lately. Computer gaming is his break while mine is going to the salon. :D Together, we dine out and watch movies, this is how we unwind.

That's for sure, for the sake of Dota fan . Just kidding though. I think you and your hubby are maintaining a healthy life style. It would help in the relationship if each of you have some personal time, doing things you like occasionally. It's very true that Dota is my stress reliever, especially after whole day of work. Unfortunately, recently, I couldn't afford to go playing anymore, because I came back home late from work. I usually spent 3 to 4 hours at the c.c. and therefore, it would be past mid night if I played there after work. I would rather sleep early.

Hello slash, my husband is playing the warcraft at home sometimes. But mostly, he is going to the wargame club to play wargaming and that's okay for me, better than going to the pub and get drunk and shagging around. So just let your husband playing his qarcraft dota hehehe while you are in salon or having a shopping lolz. Cheers.

DOTA is very addictive. I've spent countless time and money few years ago on this game with my ex-colleagues. We went to cybercafe every weekend and even went to various areas to challenge the clan there. It was a very challenging and exciting game but I gave up after a year. I realized that, it's fun, but it's pointless. I will not achieve much by playing such game. I also gave up on other online games which require a lot of time and money. I only play those online game which doesn't need too much attention - just for fun. :)

My boyriend is also addicted to a game called tribalwars. At the beginning I thought it will just take him few weeks to enjoy it and then forget it, but surprisingly he was hooked on it. Even when I'm at work he would text me and tell me to play his game. I was really pissed off and I told him that I have no time for that since I'm working. I really told him to just minimize his addiction to the game because it really irritates me a lot.
