I work for the Army as a Photojournalist. It's an AWESOME job. We just got in the D200's and so far it doesn't seem like a bad camera at all. What do you guys think? Have you found any problems with them?

The D200 is a fine camera, except for two things: it is superceeded and its replacement (the D300) is a very real improvement; and my own experience with the D200 is that it sn't as sturdy as a working camera should be. My grips and coveras have come off (it is held togther with duct tape)and the seals are a worry.
Despite that, it keeps working and takes very good pics; and the control layout is logical and easy to come to terms with.

Forgot to add: my Canon 20D has been working longside the Nikon and still looks and feels brand new after 4 years.

I don't have a Nikon D200, but I do have a Nikon D300. I wanted to get a Nikon D200, but a photographer advised me to wait for the D300 because Nikon made a lot of improvements. I'm glad I waited! The Nikon D300 is amazing! It has a 51 autofocus points with 3D tracking... which basically means all of your photos are in focus! The 3D tracking even predicts movement patterns for moving subjects so even if your subject is moving, it will still be in focus when you take the picture! Plus, the camera has really low noise at high ISO speeds. I would highly recommend the Nikon D300 over the D200.
