My uncle just turned fifty last week.He is a successful businessman.it happened one day as he was leaving the office.all day he had felt short of breath.suddenly he was a little dizzy.the doctor told him he had a heart attack.he has to lose weight and do exercise each day.before work, he must walk one mile.He can't have his usual eggs and sausage breakfast,and must drink water instead of coffee.he cant order the rich french food .he has to eat fish or chicken and vegetables.

it's fortunate that it is not too late for him. i think if your uncle can follow the doctor's suggestion he will become healthy again and enjoy his life. there are some people who cannot enjoy the success they have made just because of poor health. health is the most important thing in our life.

One has to loose weight. Not by means of medicinal by by virtue of phisical work / yogic methods. Egg may not be useful as the yolk may increse the bad cholestral count.
Insted of french food, the raw food may be better as it could help in devloping the good cholestral. Fish may be better but the oil to be used very less. Skiping of break-fast may help in getting weightloss but it is dangeros.
Always prefer to drink hot water as it would stimulate the digestive hormones, which will inturn maintain the HDL/LDL ratio in tact.
Every day (morning & evening) excersie / brisk waking is compulsary - as the cholstral ( teh energy deposits) will be relased by way of swetins.
Any help required - ??
