hey maya, i think wait and watch strategy is best to do right now, because there has been lot of things going on in US, it wont be easy for Obama to meet the expectation of americans, by the way its not just americans who have expectations from Obama but the whole world is expecting something from the new president, i guess this whole thing may take lot of time mortgage crisis, banks going bankrupt, falling automible industry, unemployment, inflation etc.. i wonder what is he going do to restore these things, sound so impossible.

I think Obama will make a great president, but people must realize that we did get into this situation overnight (The declining economy, rising rate of forecloses, rising rate of unemployment, health issues etc.) and it will take some time to get out of. The U S must be patient as we move forward we will come out.

thanks friend for your reply, I hope you will be right becuase today morning I have read the news paper in which I read that Obama has take his first press meeting and he very first spoke about the Declining Economy and after that he spoked against the terrorism supported by Iran , This shows his efficiency about not noly for his country but also for the world and we can expect from him for the better future ....

I sincerely doubt it because he is first and foremost a politician and you should never trust their word even when it's written in blood . Also people will never understand that just because you're the president does not mean anything you want to do and or promised you would do will automatically get passed in Congress even if your party is the majority. Not to mention the Supreme Court can at any time rule something unconstitutional. So when you have a person who spent his very short Senate career running for president and has authored very few if no bills at all. I am more inclined to believe someone when I know they have done things. Rather than just saying "Change" so many times that you want to puke when you hear the word.
