I'm Bad And Cruel.... Hope You're Not Like Me...

For the past six months I've joined dozens of sites most were from paid ads. Whenever I get interested to join a site I delete/modify the referror if I can. If I can't, I open the site on a clean browser (I go thru that hussle) and join there. Now I regret doing it. It's just plain cruelty and greed on my part. Yes, it just does not make any sense and it's just not right. Only time I allow myself to be a referral is when somebody recommends me to a site or somebody tells about a site here in Mylot or any forum. I know I may get some flak here but I just want to take this off my chest. Besides I've stopped doing this a couple of weeks ago. To whoever ads I've clicked I apologize. How 'bout you? Are you as bad? Thanks...

I would never even thought to do it. I would not be smart enough. Sounds good. Sorry it has back fired on you. Well at least you have the guts to openly admit it and appologise for your mistakes. Well done for owning up, and I am glad you have learnt by your mistakes.

No matter if you delete referrer nick name, if you do not upgrade you will be sold to somebody who pays for referrals package. So you will end up as referral if you like it or no. So why do not thank to somebody who take his time and effort to introduce you new way of earning and stay his referral? It is still better like become a referral for stranger. For me if I find really good site which is new for me and see the potential of that site, I try to thank to person who introduced it to me by staying as referral and I hope also other people will be that kind and do the same for me.

i don't think that you are bad at all... i used to do that as well in the past... if i find out the new site by myself, then i wouldn't want to join under anybody that the admin refer to me... but if i join because somebody on the net recommends the site to me and i had promised to join under the person, then i will honor my words as well and join under the person... take care and have a nice day...

no i don't do that.i will never do this thing.i know how it feels like.i have experienced this thing because many people have done this to me.when i give assujrance to someone that i will join under him/her i will surely join.i may take some day if i am not getting much time but i will surely join.and i may also happen that i may not be active for some days as i am busy with studies.

Coming clean is a great start. I applaud you for your courage.
I usually try to keep the name of the referrer on if they ask for one. I do that because I want that person to earn credit for something I signed up.
But if the site is giving me problems I usually give up and not bother with the site.

I do it sometimes to when I am just browsing the net and find a site. But if I am on here or it a friend or something I dont mind. But dont feel bad.

i dont really do that somebody who does so much for me i would reffer his or her name instead of mine cause he is the who showed the way and i have did in the past and i shall do that in my future too. It is good that you have realized and doing right things wish you good luck.

thats not cruel, not greed, bad maybe, but definitely stingy, since in most site you wont lose anything just by adding your referrer, but the truth is I was once like you too :D, until I realize why can't I see other people happy, I won't lose anything by becoming his/her refferal, well we are human anyways, human made mistakes, but the important part is we should always try to be a better person by fixing our errors..

Hi lejandro hats off to u for ur confession,actually i did like this thrice ,but after that i realised what i'm doing?,those referrer have spent so much for getting referrals ,and what's my benefit ?then i never did this or would do this any more.
