Anyone tried to transfer funds from PayPal to MetroBank?

I am paypal verified. And I want to transfer funds from my Paypal account to my Metrobank account. I tried to used the given code, but It won't let me. I was thinking it might be the character '&' which the systems didn't accept when I tried to put the full bank name of Metrobank. Has anyone of you tried bank transfer from Paypal to Metrobank? Is there any bank you like to suggest that has low maintenance fee? And How much does the bank transfer cost you if you transfer your funds with more than PHP7k? And When did you received the transfer funds to your bank account? I have been using Western Union for about 4yrs now. And its getting worse, they charge me with taxes just about a month ago, with their new policy. It is too much! I recvd money every month ranging from 300GBP to 400GBP. The fee is about 30GBP from WU. Your answer would be of great help and any suggestions is appreciated. Thank you.
