Hi there Kyeedah. I tend to keep the windows open when i sleep (preferably not in my room, but another one close to it as i am a bit sensible) especially in the summer. In the winter i will not do this as the windows is next to my heating system and that would only make it consume more and make me pay more monthly and that would be bad for me.

Oh heavens no!!! We have -40°C sometimes in the winter which is the same in Fahrenheit. So we would freeze if we left the window open!! But I know that some folks live in places that they could manage this.

I dont generally sleep with the window open all year around because I get cold really easy but both of my daughters do sleep with the window open for air.
