How will you mark Best responses here?

I have seen people marking some answer as best response. How do they mark. I have nearly 10-15 unresolved responses left.But to be frank, there are people who marks the best answers as best. I agree with that. I think some people mark it just for the sake of it, or to get more best reponses from the person who they have marked. I am really not sure. You can check that and think about this topic.Will you?
