Neither. I have facebook- but when the switched to "the new facebook" I stopped going there everyday. I joined PL but it was way to confusing and didn't interest me in the least. I prefer 6dgr because I think it pays WAY better it doesn't have those silly "apps" it is like a myspace where you can set up your page.
and add videos and blogs and of course you get paid for referring your friends. when they sign up you make money $4 per referrals nd when they bring in their friends... you make more money $3 for their freinds and when they bring more people you earn $2 for 3rd level.. I have made about $100 (in 2 1/2 months) and you also earn from your referrals spending their earnings off their debit card and I just got my first $5 of my residuals- as far As I am concerned this site is best!

hello
i am also on 6gdr but i am not active as it is based just around referrals, like Zenzuu... i will be more active when i can refer a few people over there and if they decide to pay euro members...
if i am wrong on this please correct me
for now i am more interested in sites like mylot (i use three at the moment) that pay for interaction

Yes they are based on referrals for payment (and at this time US referrals)
they are able to pay international members now via paypal but only for referring us members who become active (by signing up for a financial option ...to be paid thru)

I think Platinum Lounge is better, because it pays. I also like all the fun things you can do on the website. I just joined two days ago and I'm dazzle by the picture and graphics. I think it is a cool site.

hi everyone
i am now a member of PL also
but as i have seen i am not the only that is finding it a bit difficult to really get into it -
so if any of the "high fliers" have something like a "ten step" guide
post it here or PM it me directly
thanks

Well, I don't know about Platinum Lounge, so I can't comment on it. After reading the above responses, it seems PL is a good site.
I've joined Facebook for a year, I like the features and also the user interface. I have many friends in Facebook where I can get connected with them. Also, there are many applications for me to have fun and play around. The technology for the web design and development is quite advanced.
But, in terms of privacy, I guess you need to manage it well in Facebook, otherwise everyone will know what you've been doing in Facebook.

I have tried both of these sites. I am now with neither but for different reasons.
Pros of facebook:
Widely known so more people you know in your offline life will be there
Find old classmates friends etc
pretty cool applications
Cons for facebook
Widely known so more people you know in your offline life will be there
Old classmates, friends and even family. There is a reason I didn't talk to you.
Kinda fake friends sending forwards.
Lacks personal touch needed in real friendship
Needs "real" name so it isn't as private
Since I found too many cons with facebook I left the site. If you want to talk to me I am in the phone book. LOL
Pros for platinum lounge:
money
more private
Cons: even more fake than facebook. No real friendship, just flashy comments sent to strangers really.
Noone I really know to chat with
Really hard to make money at it. I received one payment of a dollar and that was getting referrals and being on there for an hour daily for two weeks. You drop levels after payment and I couldn't reach a payout no matter how much I posted. Started spending far too much time on there trying to get a pay out level. THen though, this is a lot for very very little money. Will put more time into Mylot instead.
The fact that it is incentives changes the way people are on there. They are out to make the most money rather than trying to find friendships.
Since there where more cons with platinum lounge for me I quit that site also.
I have been with Mylot for over a year and a half. I have been away at times but it still has to be one of my favorite overall sites. It pays and I can have friendships. :)

Thank you for putting so much time and effort into making such a long list! The only reasons I am on Platinum Lounge is for the money. It is easier to earn than mylot (in a way because they are less strict) and they pay less but twice a month.
The only reason I am on Facebook is because I know real friends on there and I can talk to them and interact with them online. I sometimes chat with friends there and find old friends.
I think mylot is a nice combination of the two sites. I have met many nice people here at mylot and have learned so much from mylot members (especially seniors) and it is most fun that I am now addicted to this site.

i like facebook, although i dont use it as much nowadays cause i am here on mylot
i do not use any of the apps as i think most of them are junk
i do have my own group there though - its only a small one
i find it difficult make good friendships there although i do have one or two "close" friends
here on mylot i have found it very hard to connect with my friends here due to the "discussion" format but despite this i love mylot and as i said i spend more time here each week
next stop platinum lounge

I am in a similar situation. I use Facebook because all my friends are on it plus it is a great way to find old friends. I am actually more active on mylot these days and I think it is finally starting to pay off. I have made around $2-3 just this month. That is pretty good for me. Now I have earned a total of $5.53.
