How do you get rid of a crush?

I think I'm falling for a good friend of mine. I'm not sure if he likes me too though. I don't wanna screw up our friendship with this "crush", so how do I get rid of a crush?

If it is just a crush and the person does not feel the same way I say it may be time to just take a breather from the person. If it is a good enough of a friendship it will be repaired over time. However, the fact that you are asking about it leads me to believe you should probably do something about it or you will never really know for sure. If you don't it could haunt you for life.

It is not so much easy to get out of crush. you have to take great self controil and then only you can do it. think he is just your friend

if you two are really good friends, it would actually be a nice thing to take it to the next level, i ended up marrying my best friend and we are very happy together. But if its only going to end as a crush, yeah u should not go ahead. Probably stop noticing the good things in them, ignore them when they are obviously being attractive/ flirty, i dont know for sure, maybe that should work..

Wow! how nice for you! ^_^ Thing with me is, if its just a swoony type of crush thats just infatuation, i dont delve into it...its just like eating a piece of chocolte, its yummy at one moment and the next its gone. but with this guy, I just adore him, flaws and all. Mind you im very careful. ^_^ oh well, i'll just hope and pray for the best...
