What have you acheived so far in your life?

Hello everyone! My friend and i were wondering the other day while looking back at the past,what have each one of us achieved so far? so far,i'm alive, healthy, completed my high school education and graduated, but still in the university though. I am a part of a charity mission to which i am dedicated. I have met great people. I have had great moments of joy and happiness with family and friends. I've watched the sun rise and set. (i don't think those last ones count!) Well, i don't think i am a "waste of human skin",but i'm not perfect(Who is?!). i'm improving and learning to be useful to my family and community. What about you guys? anything special to tell about? Hope everything turns out well for all of us. happy mylotting

Mostly, I raised two kids (they're now 26 and 28 and reasonably well adjusted) and am now helping to raising two grand children. Also have been happily married almost thirty years. I finally learned how to cook not too long ago! I've written two short books. I'm currently working on a fiction book, hopefully a much longer book, a mystic, spiritual adventure.. I taught myself astrology, and study science and history and I read the new testament of the bible every year... (I wish I could be a lecturer..) And I've grown a few gardens and grow lots of flowers. I hope everything works out well for all of us too! You sound like you have 'achieved' very good character!

I enjoy mylotting too! I like talking with lots of different people. In 'real' life I don't often get the chance to talk about the things that interest me the most, so it's nice to be able to talk about lots of things here and get to know people a little that I would never come across without the computer! I think it's great meeting people on here!

Wow, great question. That is a huge question to ponder and answer. I don't think I can list everything I've accomplished on here but I can list a few. First off, I finished school and some college. Secondly, I have raised two incredible children, mostly on my own. Third, I have seen a couple of my writing dreams come true...I am published both in print and online. Fourth, I found the love of my life. And fifth, I have found happiness and joy in God and my family and friends. I think in order to accomplish things in life we have to have goals or aspirations and that those need to keep changing. As we reach one goal, we need to set another. Happy posting.

hello author! i consider graduating from college and passing my board exams as my recent acheivement. though i dont have a job right now but who knows maybe ill be able to add having my first job to the list... happy mylotting!
