Hmm...I can give you one, however that's just learning C++ in 21 days. darn, all of my programming ebooks are on the other computer. Wait...

That's for C++ in 21 days. Basic stuff, but it helps.

This one's for C in 21 days. If you're a student of programming, then you probably know that C++ is the C version enhanced with OOP functionality.
There, I'll try to give you other ebooks and stuff. If you don't like the idea of ebooks(free ebooks to be exact), then try Amazon.com, they got many titles there.
Have a nice day. Add me up in your friends, I'll try to send you stuffs about where to download ebooks. Oh wait, I need to test it first to see if the links are still working but then again, I have a few on the dormant computer so I might send those. Add me up, I'll give you my email address, and let's talk by email. Have a nice day.

Which country are you in? In India both Crossword and Landmark have a huge set of books on C++ available. So if you are in India you can go to the nearest mall having Crossword or Landmark tie-up and get your book on C++.
Alternatively you can download them from:
www.computer-books.us/cpp.php
www.techbooksforfree.com/ccpp.shtml
Regards,
Ram

For the basic learning the best book is "Let us C by Yashwant Kanetkar" and for C++ "Complete Reference".If you are not getting book in stores the you can go for ebooks and if you are looking for Hardcopy and then you can buy it from www.nbcindia.com (if you are from INDIA) and shipping is free (as i know).
