Working Part time Offline is Better than Working Online...

I think that taking part time job offline is earning more than working online. Making money online is only making very little money and it takes a lot of efforts. If we work offline such as working part time in shops, the wages might be high but we will feel very tired.
Both working offline and online have good and bad. Which one do you prefer? Online job or offline job?

I prefer working online. I like the freedom and independence it presents. For me, it's not a matter of which one pays better. If I want an online job to pay better, I have to put in the effort to make it so. And it's possible.
Besides, I'm done working for other people.

Well, if you don't have an online business, you're still working for other people.

Hello ishralene09,
Though I have an offline job, I do quite a bit of paid freelance writing online. I don't consider freelancing to be working for other people and that's an aspect I'd LOVE to get more into. When I said I'm done working for other people, that's what I meant.
take care...

I'm on the fence on this one.
Working online I can work when I want & around my kids.
Working Offline I like being able to finally talk to an adult, you make money faster even it it's pidly, & YOU GET OUT OF THE HOUSE! (especially us SAHM's) However what I don't like is the pay sux too, I'm making what I made 10yrs ago! And it's hard for me to find something to work around my dh's job, as he works long hrs and they rotate and then has o/t days thrown in there so it's a challenge to find anyone to work around such a schedule.

that's really true . go to offline than this online. i am working full time only . real job is most satisfying job as we learn many things from many while working with them. this we miss in online jobs. and more ever no surety that we get money.

Money and feeling are both important for everyone himself. When u tired to working,go out for a rest may relax and good for health. If your company is strict to your work-time,few minites to sleep or listen music is a good choice. But when u deal with very important or continuious works ,online is the best way.
In my life, care to do ,what i think i must .when i'm in bad mood, offline is the only way.

either it is online or offline , earning money is not really easy though many claim
it to be . as you said it correct online earnings could be much lower than what we
could have paid offline . Both working online and offline have their own benefits &
demerits . Actually when earning money is concerned I prefer offline work .
I had to struggle for one year online for earning 100$ in to PayPal account .
But I earned much more through my regular offline work during the one year .

I definitely make more money at my full-time job and my part-time home business than I do on-line. My on-line money is just fun money for me, it's extra that I do things with that I normally won't do.

My goal is to pay off my mortgage 20 years early with my part-time business income. I'm well on my way to getting there.

I am not sure which I would prefer. I can't work outside the home right now anyhow because of a disability. Even if I could though I think I would like to work out side the home at least for some amount of time.

For me working online is better. If i would work offline i would prefer a full time job.I have no boss around me when i work online.I have freedom to do work any time in the day.Yes working offline takes a lot of effort. We need to go out wait, for the bus, work and then become tired and come home.

Offline working has a time bound schedule. But Online working doesn't need any time restrictions. You can do any work online when you decide to work. I really prefer Online working than Offline. Just to get relief from the Traffic headaches, Online working is the better way. At the same time the time for travelling can also be reduced and can be utilized properly.

I worked in an office for 35 years. I'm ready for a typing job I can do at home.

If I could find a decent online job, I would be happy to take it, even if it didn't pay that much.
If I take an Offline job, I need to pay for childcare, which is expensive. That alone would be reason enough for me.
Right now I am collecting on unemployment and going to an online school, so I don't have to pay for daycare and I am saving-up my unemployment to pay my bills. I don't do anything frivelous, I'm just trying to get by.
Happy MyLotting!

I prefer working online as it gives me a lot of freedom to do everything I wanna do offline and online. I have a day job at the moment but I work in the morning before going to work and in the evening after work, I work offline. In more than a year of working part time online, now I'm already earning half of my monthly salary. The good thing is, it is passive income and I just keep on writing articles and the number increases. I wish to be able to earn equal or more than my day job. I'm targeting it in the middle of next year.
If you work online and if you have been doing it for 3-4 years, you'd be earning already more than what you earn offline. Well, for Asians not sure though for those non-Asian countries. I know some people who earn $1,000-$3,000 a month after 3 years of working online and this amount is already more than the monthly wage of most Asian countries.

Actually both are fine with me, although I've found myself working online almost all the time.
Either offline and online, it depends on what are your skills, if you are productive or not and if you can able to attain your dream.

and the biggest factor in working online is being able to "meet" and make friends with a lot of people without the hard way of getting to know each other.

Yes, definitely, since offline work is the real work, payout rates are far better than online jobs. Besides, one can't survive solely of online jobs.

Dont take online as money maker. Just work part time somewhere else. No money from here for your everyneeds. just a hobby or passing time. Merry Christmas Happy New Year.

offline jobs bring better money, but ... well, there is a dream, you know, everybody wants to make money from home. Some of them cry to be millionaires, share getting rich schemes and recipes.
Sure, I don't believe them, but continuously hope to make more money online. How could I stop trying? Is the computer's age, isn't it ? This is the future !
So, I keep hoping, trying, searching, dreaming ... meanwhile, I may take some part-time jobs too ... ha ha !

Even if I want to work offline, there's no available part time job in my area except for teaching, but i am not a teacher, so how can i do that. This is the worst problem in the Philippines-no available job to those who want to part time, so I have to be contented with work online and endure the small earnings.

Well since I am a full time mom, and really dont have a perfect schedule to work outside the home and hubby's job will take him out of town I cant really get a part time job, so this year I have decided to start the work online for myself and extra money to help out. This way by summer I can have some money saved up for the rainy days...LOL
