Error message: Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. blah blah blah with error signature: AppName: explorer.exe ModVer:0.0.0.0 Offset:022d16d3 and when i hit Send or Don't Send, computer performs a quick restart. anyone knows how to fix this? i appreciate any help.

It's windows you don't reinstall for a long time and something like this happens. I had this problem too, when i reinstalled because my burner kept making coasters in any program in windows, but worked fine in Linux (I even could burn at 8x instead of 4x) the problem disappeared. Also it might happen after a crash while viewing thumbnails of videos with drivers that windows don't recognize.

it's the safest thing to do, even if you remove a virus or a spyware, use a registry cleaner and remove service and programs from startup, if windows was installed long ago it gets slow and full of errors.

Because it happened to me too, and if it were spyware there should be more serious problems.

Hi, Did u check startup programs ? I mean "msconfig". Start-Run-Type "msconfig" Goto to the "Startup" tab of the dialog. It contains a list of startup programs along with their registry location. "Command" col. gives u the drive locations. Find suspicious programs( like "qwTd6546.exe" ). Delete it from the drive. Safe mode helps you to do it. Try command prompt with "del" command if u fail. "del /?" helps u to find out its parameters. For more(help), knock my door.... :)

it could be a windows system file being erased accidentally. try restoring you pc to an old restore point. just remember to back up your data before you do so.
